Download the Liftmad app and tap "Sign Up." You can register using your email address or sign in with Google/Apple for faster access.

Yes. If you create an account, your workout data is automatically synced to the cloud via Firebase. You can log in on any device and pick up right where you left off.

Yes. You can log workouts without an internet connection. Your data will sync automatically once you're back online.

Go to Profile → Settings → Export Data. Your full workout history will be sent to you as a CSV file.

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your personal data from our servers within 30 days.

Liftmad offers a generous free tier with all essential logging features. We may introduce a premium tier in the future for advanced analytics and unlimited templates.
